Yoga, Dance, Cranio Sacral Bodywork

Dance... 

Studies at the Conservatory of the city of Vienna, graduated in june 2000.
Personally important workshops in the field of dance were those of Benoit Lachambre, Paul Wenninger and Inaki Azpillaga. The intensive two years with the street movement theatre Visplastica under the guidance of Jutta Schwarz affected me in my creative and artistic work as well as my work as a teacher.

The yogapath…
I`m a practitioner of yoga since 1998 and got to know different teachers and yogastyles. Important Teachers for my personal development and my development as a teacher are Nancy Gilgoff (Hawaii), Andrew Eppler (USA), Sheshadri (Mysore/India), Surinder Singh (Rishikesh/India) and Boris Gueorguiev (Bulgaria/Vienna).

Bodywork…
I`m studying Cranio Sacral Bodywork since 2006 with Olaf Korpiun and Petra Brait.
